Malaysia
on Pitt - By extracting the traditional, authentic Malaysian
cuisine from its origin, made famous by the roadside 'Hawkers'
stalls, Malaysia on Pitt produces the finest and freshest dishes
from South East Asian cuisine with a combination of the best
ingredients such as coriander, lemon grass and birdseye chilli
which some of our Chefs favourites.
The bar area is functional, friendly and stylish
while the restaurant proper provides a fresh, warm environment
to enhance your dining experience.
A main feature of the restaurant is the artwork
presentation of full length traditional Malaysian Songket (gold
threaded fabric) suspended in glass. These rich, colourful,
vibrant and uniquely crafted pieces accentuate the same passion
we have for the art of South East Asian cuisine.
Some of our famous signature dishes are a twist
of either Malay, Indian, Chinese, Thai or Indonesian and not
forgetting, the Straits-born Malaysian, therefore creating the
true essence and main focus of Malaysia on Pitt.
